CANADA ELECTIONS ACT

Amendment to the List of Provincial Acts Specified in Schedule IV to the Canada Elections Act

Pursuant to subsection 71.014(2) of the Canada Elections Act, notice is hereby given that Schedule IV to the said Act is amended, by adding the following name of the Provincial Act under the heading hereafter mentioned, as follows:

(a) under the heading Ontario, the following Act:

Election Act, R.S.O., c. E-6, as amended by An Act to amend the Election Act and the Election Finances Act, and to make related amendments to other statutes, L.O. 1998, c. 9.
