This application is a request to amend the broadcasting licence of radio station CJYC-FM Saint John, by decreasing the effective radiated power from 50 000 watts to 12 000 watts. The Commission approved a similar power decrease in 1997, requested by the former owner of the station, Newcap Inc., but the decrease was not implemented.
Maritime also proposes to relocate its Sandy Point transmitter to Mount Champlain. Commission approval is not required for this change.
