Notice is hereby given that in the above Regulations published on pages 3165 to 3167 of the Canada Gazette, Part I, Vol. 133, No. 44, dated Saturday, October 30, 1999, the first sentence of the second paragraph of the proposed regulatory text should have read as follows: Any interested person may make representations concerning the proposed Regulations within 15 days after the date of publication of this notice.
