Registration of a Political Party

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of subsection 24(2) of the Canada Elections Act, I have examined an application for registration under that Act of the political party "Rest of Canada (ROC) Party" to be shown as "ROC" on election documents. I have determined that such party can be registered, pursuant to paragraph 24(3)(a) of the same Act, on the day after the party has officially nominated the threshold number of candidates at the next general election.
