CANADA ELECTIONS ACT

Amendments to the Lists of Provincial Acts Specified in Schedule IV to the Canada Elections Act

Pursuant to subsection 71.014(2) of the Canada Elections Act, notice is hereby given that Schedule IV to the said Act is amended, by adding the following names of the Provincial Acts under the headings hereafter mentioned, as follows:

(a) under the heading Manitoba, the following Acts:

The Local Authorities Election Act, C.C.S.M., c. L180
The City of Winnipeg Act, S.M. 1989-90, c. 10

(b) under the heading Newfoundland, the following Act :

Elections Act, 1991, SN, 1992, c. E-3.1.
