Three-Year Rail Network Plan, 2000-2003
Pursuant to section 141 of the Canada Transportation Act, Canadian Pacific Railway Company (CPR) has updated its Three-Year Rail Network Plan.
Contents of Network Plan
This Plan consists of two schedules:
Schedule A is a comprehensive list of all lines indicating whether within the next three years CPR intends to take steps to discontinue operating the line.
Schedule B is comprised of a schematic map which is not to scale. It is included to illustrate graphically CPR's rail network and to provide general information only about CPR's Network Plan.
Explanation of Terms and Timing
The following is an overview of terms used in this Network Plan:
1. To Continue Operation:
CPR intends to continue operation of these lines.
2. To Discontinue:
A line designated as "To Discontinue" means that CPR intends to discontinue operating the line if it is not transferred.
Plan Updates
The Three-Year Rail Network Plan may be updated at any time.
Posting
This plan will be published in the Canada Gazette and, as a result, the plan will be available nationally in depository libraries.

StL&H intends to continue operation of these lines.
2. To Discontinue:
A line designated as "To Discontinue" means that StL&H intends to discontinue operating the line if it is not transferred.
Plan Updates
The Three-Year Rail Network Plan may be updated at any time.
Posting
This Plan will be published in the Canada Gazette and, as a result, the plan will be available nationally in depository libraries.
