Notice is hereby given that in the above-mentioned Regulations published on page 2994 of the Canada Gazette, Part I, Vol. 134, No. 38, dated Saturday, September 16, 2000, the following paragraph on page 2996 contained an error in the French version and should have read as follows:
(xi) du dioxyde de carbone comme rajusteur du pH dans le lait pour la fabrication du fromage, en quantité conforme aux bonnes pratiques industrielles.
