The Saskatchewan Water Corporation hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, the Saskatchewan Water Corporation has deposited with the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and in the office of the Rural Municipality of Kelvington No. 366, at Kelvington, Saskatchewan, under deposit number 8200-00-6088, a description of the site and plans of the approval of the existing weir and the proposed raising of the full supply level at the outlet of Round Lake, near Kelvington, Saskatchewan, in the northeast of Section 18, Township 39, Range 10, west of the second meridian.
