Under section 9 of the said Act, Saskatchewan Highways and Transportation has deposited with the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and in the Plan Index System of the Province of Saskatchewan, at Regina, Saskatchewan, under deposit number 101831587, a description of the site and plans of a proposed culvert installation on Highway No. 55, over Calfas Creek, approximately 44.7 km northwest of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.

Comments may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Canadian Coast Guard, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, 201 Front Street N, Suite 703, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 8B1. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing, are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice and are related to the effects of this work on marine navigation. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
