Merger of Registered Parties

Pursuant to subsection 401(3) of the Canada Elections Act, notice is hereby given, as a result of an application made under section 400 of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c. 9, that, on December 7, 2003, the information in the Registry of Political Parties of the following registered parties — Canadian Reform Conservative Alliance and Progressive Conservative Party of Canada — have been replaced with the following name "Conservative Party of Canada" and the short-form name "Conservative" and other information respecting that registered party.
