Under section 9 of the said Act, Weyerhaeuser Company Limited has deposited with the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of North Land Titles, at Edmonton, Alberta, under deposit number 0420892, a description of the site and plans of the maintenance to the single-span bridge over Redrock Creek, in the southeast quarter of Section 6, Township 63, Range 9, west of the Sixth Meridian.

Comments may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Canadian Coast Guard, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, 201 Front Street N, Suite 703, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 8B1. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing, are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice and are related to the effects of this work on marine navigation. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
