ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT

Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition "head" in section 3 of the Access to Information Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

1. The schedule to the French version of the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following after item 16.2:

2. The schedule to the English version of the Order is amended by adding the following after item 55:

COMING INTO FORCE

3. This Order comes into force on March 12, 1998.
