Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition "head" in section 3 of the Access to Information Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

AMENDMENTS

1. The schedule to the French version of the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following after item 8:

2. The schedule to the English version of the Order is amended by adding the following after item 8:

COMING INTO FORCE

3. This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
