Order Repealing Order in Council P.C. 1995-325 of February 28, 1995

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraphs 19(1)(b)(see footnote a) and 19.1(b)(see footnote b) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby repeals Order in Council P.C. 1995-325 of February 28, 1995(see footnote c).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order.)

The Order repeals Order in Council P.C. 1995-325 of February 28, 1995.

The publication of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency Fees Notice in May 2000 consolidated the majority of the fee setting powers for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency under the Canadian Food Inspection Agency Act. Before the implementation of this Act, fees were set by a variety of instruments including Order in Council P.C. 1995-325.
