Order Designating the Minister of State, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Crown Corporations as Minister for Purposes of that Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition "Minister" in section 2 of the Canada Strategic Infrastructure Fund Act (see footnote a) , hereby designates the Minister of State, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Crown Corporations, a member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
