ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT

Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition "head" in section 3 of the Access to Information Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

AMENDMENT

1. The portion of item 20 of the schedule to the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 1)  in column II is replaced by the following:

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on May 30, 2003.
