Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition "head" in section 3 of the Privacy Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE PRIVACY ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

AMENDMENTS

1. (1) Item 20.1 of the schedule to the English version of the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 1)  is renumbered as item 21.

(2) The portion of item 21 of the schedule to the Order in column II is replaced by the following:

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on May 30, 2003.
