PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT ACT

Whereas, pursuant to subsection 41(1) of the Public Service Employment Act, the Public Service Commission has decided that it is neither practicable nor in the best interests of the Public Service to apply that Act, with the exception of sections 32, 33 and 34, to Paul-André Massé on his appointment to the position of Special Advisor to the Chairperson of the Canadian Forces Grievance Board, and while employed in that position, and has excluded Paul-André Massé from the operation of that Act, with the exception of sections 32, 33 and 34, on his appointment to the position of Special Advisor to the Chairperson of the Canadian Forces Grievance Board, and while employed in that position;
And whereas, pursuant to subsection 37(1) of the Public Service Employment Act, the Public Service Commission recommends that the Governor in Council make the annexed Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2003-10;
Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,
SPECIAL APPOINTMENT REGULATIONS, NO. 2003-10
GENERAL
1. The Governor in Council may appoint Paul-André Massé to the position of Special Advisor to the Chairperson of the Canadian Forces Grievance Board, to hold office during pleasure.
COMING INTO FORCE
2. These Regulations come into force on June 2, 2003.
