Order Transferring from the Minister of Public Works and Government Services to the President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada the Control and Supervision of the Office of Indian Residential Schools Resolution

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Minister of Public Works and Government Services to the President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada the control and supervision of that portion of the public service known as the Office of Indian Residential Schools Resolution, effective December 12, 2003.
