Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 3.1(2) (see footnote a) of the Privacy Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE PRIVACY ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

1. (1) The schedule to the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following in numerical order:

(2) Item 96.4 of the schedule to the French version of the Order, as enacted by Order in Council P.C. 2006-234 of April 21, 2006 (see footnote 2), is renumbered as item 96.5 and placed in numerical order.
