Deregistration of a registered electoral district association
As a result of the failure to comply with the obligations of sections 403.17 and 403.35 of the Canada Elections Act, and in accordance with sections 403.18, 403.19 and 403.21(4) of the Act, “The South Surrey—White Rock PMP Electoral District Association” is deregistered, effective January 31, 2009.
