GENERAL INFORMATION

I. DEFINITIONS APPLYING TO ENTRY AND SERVICE FEE CATEGORIES

The following definitions apply to entry and service fee categories contained in this master list unless otherwise specified.

Adult: Person 17 to 64 years of age

Senior: Person 65 years of age or over

Youth: Person 6 to 16 years of age

Family/Group: Up to seven people, with a maximum of two adults, arriving in a single vehicle at a national park or visiting a national historic site together.

Children under 6 years of age are admitted at no charge unless otherwise specified.

II. AMBASSADOR PASSES

After having purchased a daily entry, during the year of purchase, ambassador passes allow visitors to return to the site free of charge when they are accompanying other paying friends or relatives.

III. TRAVEL TRADE DISCOUNTS APPLYING TO ALL NATIONAL PARKS AND NATIONAL HISTORIC SITES OF CANADA

Commercial Group Operators

Discounts to be provided at the point of collection to commercial group operators only, as follows:

— 5% for annual volumes of 500 to 2 000 visitors

— 10% for annual volumes of 2 001 to 3 000 visitors

— 15% for annual volumes greater than 3 000 visitors

Discounts will be based on the number of visitors brought by a commercial group operator during the previous year.

Fully Independent Travellers (FIT)

A 10% discount will be provided to FIT commercial tour suppliers for bulk orders of 100 daily or national passes.
