  • Deposit No. 16 030 161: a new bridge without piers over the Rivière au Renard, located on Du Banc Street on Lots 3 619 110, 3 619 046, 2 734 167, and 2 734 175, all contained in the Quebec cadastre, Registration Division of Gaspé. The approximate geographical coordinates (NAD83) are as follows: Longitude 64°23′33″ and Latitude 48°59′53″.

STONEBRIDGE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY

ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE TRANSACTION

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), that Stonebridge Life Insurance Company (“Stonebridge”) intends to make an application to the Minister of Finance (Canada), on or after May 26, 2009, for approval of the proposed assumption reinsurance of the Canadian business of Stonebridge to Canadian Premier Life Insurance Company.

A copy of the proposed assumption reinsurance agreement together with a report on the assumption reinsurance agreement by an independent actuary will be available for inspection by the policyholders and certificateholders of Stonebridge at the Canadian chief agency of Stonebridge, located at 80 Tiverton Court, 5th Floor, Markham, Ontario L3R 0G4, during regular business hours for a period of 30 days following publication of this notice.

A copy of the proposed assumption reinsurance agreement and a copy of the independent actuary’s report will be provided to a policyholder or certificateholder upon written request.
