Under section 9 of the said Act, Blake Sellick has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Queens County, at the Jones Building, 11 Kent Street, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, under deposit No. 34823, a description of the site and plans of existing marine aquaculture site BOT-7653-L in the Mill River, Prince County, Prince Edward Island.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice. Under section 9 of the said Act, the Department of Environment and Conservation of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the town office of Conception Bay South, at Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador, in the federal electoral district of Avalon, under deposit No. 8200-09-1200, a description of the site and plans for the proposed 36.6 m T’Railway bridge to be located in the waters near Indian Pond, Seal Cove, Conception Bay South, in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Under section 9 of the said Act, The Regional Municipality of Niagara has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Niagara, at 59 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, under deposit No. RO823274, a description of the site and plans for the replacement of the existing 15 Mile Creek Bridge, consisting in the removal of the existing bridge structure and its replacement with a new single-span bridge structure. The bridge is situated over Fifteen Mile Creek on Regional Road No. 39 (North Service Road) and crosses from the westerly side to the easterly side of Fifteen Mile Creek within Lot 9, Concession 1, in the geographic township of Louth, now in the town of Lincoln and the city of St. Catharines.

Comments may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 100 Front Street S, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 2M4. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing, are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice and are related to the effects of this work on marine navigation.
