EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order.)
This Order approves the Interim Order No. 3 Respecting Identity Screening made by the Minister of Transport on September 16, 2010. Without this approval, the Interim Order No. 3 Respecting Identity Screening would, in accordance with subsection 6.41(2) of the Aeronautics Act, cease to have effect 14 days after it was made. As a result of this approval, the Interim Order No. 3 Respecting Identity Screening will, in accordance with subsection 6.41(3) of the Aeronautics Act, cease to have effect one year after the day on which it was made or on the day on which regulations have the same effect come into force, whichever is earlier.
