Deregistration of a registered electoral district association

As a result of the failure to comply with the obligations of section 403.05 and subsection 403.21(1) of the Canada Elections Act, the “Oshawa Federal Green Party Association” is deregistered, pursuant to section 403.18 and subsection 403.21(4) of the Act, effective April 30, 2012.
