As a result of the failure to comply with the obligations of section 403.17 and subsection 403.21(1) of the Canada Elections Act, the “Vaughan Green Party EDA” association is deregistered, pursuant to section 403.18 and subsection 403.21(4) of the Act, effective October 31, 2012.
