David Reeves and Vicki Marchbank hereby give notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, David Reeves and Vicki Marchbank have deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Prince County, at Summerside, Prince Edward Island, under deposit No. 39058, a description of the site and plans for the oyster growing lease OB-7463-L in Malpeque Bay, at Gunning Shore Road, Prince Edward Island.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 95 Foundry Street, P.O. Box 42, Moncton, New Brunswick E1C 8K6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

ICICI BANK CANADA

REDUCTION OF STATED CAPITAL

As required under subsection 75(5) of the Bank Act, notice is hereby given that ICICI Bank Canada (the Bank) intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions for approval to reduce the stated capital of the common shares of the Bank in accordance with the special resolution passed by the sole shareholder of the Bank on March 4, 2016, a copy of which is set out below.

“RESOLVED AS A SPECIAL RESOLUTION that

  1. Subject to the approval of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), and in accordance with section 75 of the Bank Act (Canada), the stated capital of the Bank be reduced by an amount of up to $50 million (the “Authorized Limit”) by reducing the stated capital account maintained for its common shares, such amount to be distributed to the sole shareholder of the Bank;
  2. The directors and officers of the Bank are hereby authorized and directed to apply under section 75 of the Bank Act (Canada) for approval of this resolution and such reduction of stated capital;
  3. The Bank's Chief Executive Officer shall determine the amount of any such reduction of stated capital within the Authorized Limit; and
  4. Any two officers or directors of the Bank are authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the Bank, to execute and deliver all such documents and to do such other acts or things as may be determined to be necessary or advisable to give effect to this resolution, the execution of any such document or the doing of any such other act or thing being conclusive evidence of such determination.”
