AXA ART INSURANCE CORPORATION

RELEASE OF ASSETS

Pursuant to section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the "Act"], notice is hereby given that AXA Art Insurance Corporation intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), on or after January 20, 2018, for an order authorizing the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.

Any policyholder or creditor in respect of AXA Art Insurance Corporation's insurance business in Canada opposing such release is invited to file an opposition by mail to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), Legislation and Approvals Division, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, or by email at approvalsandprecedents@osfi-bsif.gc.ca, on or before January 20, 2018.

Bradford Doucette and Alicia Castillo Doucette hereby give notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, Bradford Doucette and Alicia Castillo Doucette have deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Prince County, at Summerside, Prince Edward Island, under deposit No. 40267, a description of the site and plans for an off-bottom oyster lease in the Foxley River, at Cascumpec Bay.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 95 Foundry Street, 6th Floor, P.O. Box 42, Moncton, New Brunswick E1C 8K6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A CANADIAN BRANCH

Notice is hereby given that SCOR SE, an entity formed under the laws of France, intends to file with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, on or after January 7, 2018, an application under section 574 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) for an order approving the insuring in Canada of risks under the name SCOR SE, within the classes of life, accident and sickness insurance. All classes of insurance will be limited to the business of reinsurance. The head office of the company is located in Paris, France, and its Canadian chief agency will be located in Montréal, Quebec.
