PROPOSED REGULATORY TEXT

Notice is given that the Governor in Council, pursuant to subsection 7.1(1)footnotea of the Tobacco and Vaping Products Actfootnoteb, proposes to make the annexed Order Amending Schedule 1 to the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (Colouring Agents).

Interested persons may make representations concerning the proposed Order within 75 days after the date of publication of this notice. All such representations must cite the Canada Gazette, Part I, and the date of publication of this notice, and be addressed to the Plain and Standardized Packaging Division, Tobacco Products Regulatory Office, Tobacco Control Directorate, Healthy Environments and Consumer Safety Branch, Health Canada, 150 Tunney's Pasture Driveway, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0K9 (email: hc.pregs.sc@canada.ca).

1 The portion of items 4 and 4.1 of Schedule 1 to the Tobacco and Vaping Products Actfootnote1 in column 2 are replaced by the following:
