Rules Amending the Rules of the Court of Appeal of Alberta as to Criminal Appeals

The Court of Appeal of Alberta, pursuant to section 482 (see footnote a) of the Criminal Code (see footnote b), with the concurrence of all judges of that Court present at a meeting held for the purpose at Calgary, Alberta, on January 31, 2008, made the annexed Rules Amending the Rules of the Court of Appeal of Alberta as to Criminal Appeals.

RULES AMENDING THE RULES OF THE COURT OF APPEAL OF ALBERTA AS TO CRIMINAL APPEALS

AMENDMENT

1. Rule 855 of the Rules of the Court of Appeal of Alberta as to Criminal Appeals (see footnote 1) is repealed.
