Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to
subsection 261(4) (see footnote a) of the Canada Business Corporations Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Repealing Certain Orders Made under the Canada Business Corporations Act.
ORDER REPEALING CERTAIN ORDERS MADE UNDER
THE
CANADA BUSINESS CORPORATIONS ACT
REPEALS
1. The following Orders are repealed:
(a) Order in Council P.C. 1980–2057 (see footnote 1) of July 31, 1980; and
(b) Order in Council P.C. 1980–3378 (see footnote 2) of December 11, 1980.
COMING INTO FORCE
2. This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.

Description
The objective of this order is to repeal the following orders under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA) because they are spent (i.e. no longer enforced):
These orders are of a technical nature and their repeal will not reflect substantive changes. It is expected that the repealing of these orders will have no impact on Canadians.
