Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “department” and paragraph (b) of the definition “deputy head” in subsection 2(1) of the Public Service Employment Act (see footnote a), hereby repeals Order in Council P.C. 2003-2076 of December 12, 2003 (see footnote b), effective March 2, 2009.
