Order Amending the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 29(e) (see footnote a) of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE CANADIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE SERVICE ACT DEPUTY HEADS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF CANADA ORDER

AMENDMENTS

1. Item 93.1 of the schedule to the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order (see footnote 1) is repealed.

2. The schedule to the Order is amended by adding the following in numerical order:

COMING INTO FORCE

3. This Order comes into force on March 2, 2009.
