Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) (see footnote a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act (see footnote b), hereby transfers from the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada to the Privy Council Office the control and supervision of the portion of the federal public administration in the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada known as the Public Service Renewal Taskforce Branch, effective March 2, 2009.
