Order Repealing the Temporary Importation Remission Order, No. 1 (Customs Tariff)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to section 115 (see footnote a) of the Customs Tariff (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Repealing the Temporary Importation Remission Order, No. 1 (Customs Tariff).

ORDER REPEALING THE TEMPORARY IMPORTATION REMISSION ORDER, NO. 1 (CUSTOMS TARIFF)

REPEAL

1. The Temporary Importation Remission Order, No. 1 (Customs Tariff) (see footnote 1) is repealed.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
