Order Amending Schedule IV to the Financial Administration Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(8) (see footnote a) of the Financial Administration Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule IV to the Financial Administration Act.

ORDER AMENDING SCHEDULE IV TO THE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

AMENDMENT

1. Schedule IV to the Financial Administration Act (see footnote 1) is amended by deleting the following:

Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada

Agence de gestion des ressources humaines de la fonction publique du Canada

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on March 2, 2009.
