Direction Amending the Direction Applying the Auditor General Act Sustainable Development Strategy Requirements to Certain Departments

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 24(3) (see footnote a) of the Auditor General Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Direction Amending the Direction Applying the Auditor General Act Sustainable Development Strategy Requirements to Certain Departments.

DIRECTION AMENDING THE DIRECTION APPLYING THE AUDITOR GENERAL ACT SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY REQUIREMENTS TO CERTAIN DEPARTMENTS

AMENDMENT

1. The schedule to the Direction Applying the Auditor General Act Sustainable Development Strategy Requirements to Certain Departments (see footnote 1) is amended by repealing the following:

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Direction comes into force on March 2, 2009.
