Order Designating the President of the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario as Deputy Head

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 11(2)(a) (see footnote a) of the Financial Administration Act (see footnote b), hereby designates the President of the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario as deputy head in respect of that Agency, effective August 13, 2009.
