PRIVACY ACT

Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3.1(2) (see footnote a) of the Privacy Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE PRIVACY ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

AMENDMENT

1. The schedule to the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following in numerical order:

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on August 18, 2009.
