Order Amending Schedule IV to the Financial Administration Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(7) (see footnote a) of the Financial Administration Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule IV to the Financial Administration Act.

ORDER AMENDING SCHEDULE IV TO THE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

AMENDMENT

1. Schedule IV to the Financial Administration Act (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario
Agence fédérale de développement économique pour le Sud de l’Ontario

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on August 13, 2009.
