Regulations Amending the CATSA Aerodrome Designation Regulations

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, pursuant to paragraph 34(a) of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act (see footnote a), hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the CATSA Aerodrome Designation Regulations.

REGULATIONS AMENDING THE CATSA AERODROME DESIGNATION REGULATIONS

AMENDMENTS

1. The reference “Fredericton” in the schedule to the CATSA Aerodrome Designation Regulations (see footnote 1) is replaced by the following:

Fredericton International

2. The reference “Halifax International” in the schedule to the Regulations is replaced by the following:

Halifax (Robert L. Stanfield International)

3. The reference “Moncton” in the schedule to the Regulations is replaced by the following:

Greater Moncton International

4. The reference “Winnipeg International” in the schedule to the Regulations is replaced by the following:

Winnipeg (James Armstrong Richardson International)

COMING INTO FORCE

5. These Regulations come into force on October 31, 2009.
