Order Repealing the Scientific or Technical Assistance Fees Order (Research Branch–Agriculture)

The Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 1994-2098 of December 14, 1994 (see footnote a) and paragraph 19(1)(b) (see footnote b) of the Financial Administration Act (see footnote c), hereby makes the annexed Order Repealing the Scientific or Technical Assistance Fees Order (Research Branch–Agriculture).

ORDER REPEALING THE SCIENTIFIC OR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FEES ORDER (RESEARCH BRANCH–AGRICULTURE)

REPEAL

1. The Scientific or Technical Assistance Fees Order (Research Branch–Agriculture) (see footnote 1) is repealed.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
