Order Terminating the Assignment of the Honourable Marjory LeBreton and the Honourable Peter Gordon MacKay

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act (see footnote b), hereby

(a) terminates the assignment of the Honourable Marjory LeBreton, made by Order in Council P.C. 2008-1707 of October 30, 2008 (see footnote c), and

(b) terminates the assignment of the Honourable Peter Gordon MacKay, made by Order in Council P.C. 2008-1711 of October 30, 2008 (see footnote d),

effective January 19, 2010.
