Order Terminating the Assignment of the Honourable Diane Ablonczy and Assigning the Honourable Diane Ablonczy to Assist the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act (see footnote b), hereby

(a) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Diane Ablonczy, made by Order in Council P.C. 2008-1709 of October 30, 2008 (see footnote c), and

(b) assigns the Honourable Diane Ablonczy, a Minister of State, to be styled Minister of State (Seniors), to assist the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities,

effective January 19, 2010.
