CANADIAN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT, 1999

Order 2010-105-03-01 Amending the Domestic Substances List

Whereas the Minister of the Environment is satisfied that the living organisms referred to in the annexed Order were, between January 1, 1984 and December 31, 1986, manufactured in or imported into Canada by any person and entered or were released into the environment without being subject to conditions under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (see footnote a) or any other Act of Parliament or of the legislature of a province, meeting the requirements set out in subsection 105(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (see footnote b);

Therefore, the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 105(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (see footnote c), hereby makes the annexed Order 2010-105-03-01 Amending the Domestic Substances List.
