Order Amending Schedule I to the Public Service Superannuation Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 42(4) (see footnote a) of the Public Service Superannuation Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule I to the Public Service Superannuation Act.

ORDER AMENDING SCHEDULE I TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION ACT

AMENDMENT

1. Part Ⅰ of Schedule I to the Public Service Superannuation Act (see footnote 1) is amended by deleting the following:

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
