Transfer of Duties Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) ^footnotea of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^footnoteb, transfers from the Department of Health to the Department of Indigenous Services Canada the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration in the Department of Health known as the First Nations and Inuit Health Internal Services Unit, effective April 1, 2018.
