The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2011-061) from The Masha Krupp Translation Group Limited (MKTG), of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Request for a Standing Offer No. 1000117933) by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). The solicitation is for the provision of translation services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal has decided to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

MKTG alleges that the PHAC improperly evaluated its proposal.

Notice is hereby given that, on March 30, 2012, pursuant to paragraph 76.01(5)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal continued its finding (Interim Review No. RD-2011-004), without amendment, concerning mattress innerspring units, with or without edgeguards, used in the manufacture of innerspring mattresses, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.
