RELEASE OF ASSETS

Pursuant to section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the “Act”], notice is hereby given that Groupama S.A., previously carrying on business in Canada as Gan Eurocourtage, intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) on or after April 25, 2016, for an order authorizing the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.

Any policyholder or creditor in respect of Groupama S.A.'s insurance business in Canada opposing that release is invited to file an opposition by mail to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), Legislation and Approvals Division, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, or by email at approvalsandprecedents@osfi-bsif.gc.ca on or before April 25, 2016.

PLANS DEPOSITED

Terry McFadyen hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, Terry McFadyen has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Prince County, at Summerside, Prince Edward Island, under deposit No. 39074, a description of the site and plans for the conversion of a bottom culture lease to an off-bottom culture lease in the Foxley River, in Cascumpec Bay, at Foxley River, in front of lot bearing No. 50690, Foxley River.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 95 Foundry Street, P.O. Box 42, Moncton, New Brunswick E1C 8K6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

Notice is hereby given that United States Liability Insurance Company, a corporation incorporated and organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America, part of the United States Liability Insurance Group, which is licensed to write insurance in 43 states, intends to file with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, on or after March 31, 2016, an application for an order approving the insuring in Canada of risks for property and casualty, and specialty insurance products for small businesses, entities, and organizations under the name United States Liability Insurance Company. Its head office is situated in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and its Canadian chief agency will be located in Toronto, Ontario.
